How I approach design
I work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals — especially in complex or high-stakes environments.
I’m most effective when problems are loosely defined, constraints are real, and clarity needs to be created through research, systems thinking, and iteration.
Recent work includes conversational AI, automation, service design, and platform-level UX — but my core strength is designing coherent experiences across systems, not individual features.
I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams to ship new products, improve self-service experiences, and refine existing platforms. I care deeply about outcomes, clarity, and building solutions that hold up beyond launch.
